I wonder who and on what phone he told you and in general how did he explain it? If you really do not have debts, then you have nothing to worry about. You do not need to call back to this number. In fact, in any case, collectors are prohibited by law, as far as I know. Perhaps this is just a scam, or a wrong number. Just in case, remember if similar situations could arise which you did not know about, for example,loss of a bank and then not recovered card, theft or loss of documents with passport data, an unlocked unused SIM card, etc. - in general, everything that may be relevant to your money and personal data that fraudsters could use.
