And if we consider that water pipes are not only under a layer of concrete solution, but also of a finishing material, then there will be only 35 ° C on the floor surface. This temperature is enough to feel comfortable.But at higher rates, discomfort will begin to arise when the skin of your feet touches a too hot coating.

In any case, the heating system must be equipped with a circulation pump. The maximum that can be done is to shut off the valves, but this does not solve the problem itself. It is known that some floor decorative coatings deteriorate if they are heated to more than 30 ⁰С. Therefore, it is advisable to provide for temperature adjustment.
In order for a warm floor connection scheme to be complete, it is necessary to add several additional elements, such as a three-way mixer or pump-mixing unit, a circular pump, an air vent and a drain valve.
In addition, instead of shut-off valves, it is better to install thermostatic faucets. Due to the change in the size of the rod with paraffin, it allows the bandwidth of the crane to function without sudden drops.
The presence in the scheme of the pumping and mixing unit is also necessary. It adds chilled water to the supply when it is necessary to lower its overall temperature so that it does not exceed the permissible norms.
It is worth paying special attention to the installation of the mixing pump. It must be between the supply line and the supply manifold. To its third outlet connect the conclusion of the liquid from the giving collector.This allows the pump to take part of the chilled water and add it to the flow.

Work on the installation of floor water heating starts with the installation of a collector cabinet, which should be located at the same distance from the end users. For example, if a warm floor will be located in the territory of two rooms, then the box must be placed in the middle between them.
In order to collector cabinet does not spoil the interior of the room, it is hidden inside the wall. During the preparatory activities make a special niche with a grinder or perforator. Its size should be slightly larger than the dimensions of the cabinet, and should be placed near the floor.

Preliminary floor preparation
First of all, it is necessary to check the horizontal plane on which the heating system will be located. Heat-insulated floor of water is placed only on a previously prepared and leveled surface. And this stage of work should not be neglected.The uniformity of heating directly depends on the same layer of the screed over the entire surface of the floor.
