How much can the apartment pay off when it is delivered in the MSC?
I'm thinking of buying 1k. flat and rent it out. Does anyone have any experience? How much does it pay off?

You can not calculate? Where are you planning to buy an apartment? For how much and how much to throw in the repair money? If you plan to immediately buy an apartment for rent, you can save a little on repairs and not chase after designer furniture. We also thought about buying an apartment, but you can buy a beautiful duplex for the same price. And after that, the choice is still in favor of the duplex, and not the apartment.

It depends on how much it cost initially. Imagine that you bought an apartment for 5 million and plus you spent money on repairs somewhere around 200 thousand, which is 5.2 million. Housing delivery is about 25 thousand per month. divide 5.2 million by 25 thousand, it turns out 208 months, it’s about 20 years, with the expectation that you have no downtime, that is, the time when the apartment is empty.but these figures are approximate, since everything depends on the region, on the type of housing, the number of rooms, etc., and how many times you will do the repair. In general, this is a costly business, but if there are additional funds, then as an option for investing money, it is even nothing, you can try to start.

The payback period is about 5-10% per annum. But 10% is ideal, usually closer to 5.
